Donghwa Ode Gallery is proud to present “Layered Space”, featuring works by Kyung Youl Yoon.

Kyung Youl Yoon’s works merge painting and sculpture through modular compositions of  acrylic and aluminum boxes. Suspended between abstraction and architecture, these rhythmic forms invite reflection on space, memory, and perception.

Using salvaged materials and a meditative process, Yoon creates luminous structures that echo cityscapes, systems, and maps. His work balances precision and quietude, revealing a world shaped by design, absence, and subtle energy.
